I started attending CrossFit a few months ago because my fiancee went and I wanted to try it out. I have been a runner forever, but had no experience strength-training or lifting weights. To this day, 5 months later, I’m still intimidated by workouts but I keep coming back because I’m seeing improvements. I can’t do a pull-up, but I will soon! My weights aren’t really heavy, but they get heavier (because I get better). If you’re scared you can’t do something as intense as CrossFit or afraid you won’t compare to others, you still have a place at Kings & Queens CrossFit. The coaches are so helpful, the other members are encouraging and you will see positive results.

Don’t forget (as my coaches keep reminding me), everyone starts somewhere. You should start NOW!
