First day for guests is free! Once first day is over, the following rates apply:
1st month Unlimited Membership – $50 Includes CrossFit, Barbell Club, Bootcamp, Tabata, Open Board Workouts & all Group Fitness Classes(Body Pump, Insanity, Turbo Kick, CIZE, CXWORX, Stability Ball)
After your first month the following rates apply:
Unlimited Monthly Membership – $95 – Includes CrossFit, Barbell Club, Bootcamp, Tabata, Open Board Workouts & all Group Fitness Classes(Body Pump, Insanity, Turbo Kick, CIZE, CXWORX, Stability Ball)
**$5 discount for police, firefighter, active military, 55+ and students on unlimited $95 monthly membership
Unlimited Monthly Membership WITHOUT CrossFit – $85 – Includes Bootcamp, Tabata, Open Board Workouts & all Group Fitness Classes(Body Pump, Insanity, Turbo Kick, CIZE, CXWORX, Stability Ball)

Payment is due on the 1st of the month unless other day set up individually with Coach/Trainer
Preferred method of payment is credit/debit card but cash + checks are accepted.
All classes are scaled to each athlete’s specific capabilities
CrossFit — Classes including functional movements that improve your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance. Classes include some variation of Olympic lifts, i.e. Clean & Jerk, Snatch..as well as gymnastic movements, i.e. Pullups, Ring Dips, etc….as well as aerobic activity, i.e. running, jumping rope, rowing, etc. Group personal training!
Barbell Club — Class dedicated to improving the fundamental Olympic lifts done as part of CrossFit and Weightlifting – also dedicated to the young athlete who may be competing in a sport, i.e. Football, Wrestling, Basketball, Volleyball, etc. and wants to improve their strength & explosiveness
Bootcamp — Similar to CrossFit but without the bar used for Olympic lifts. Classes still include the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc.
Stability Ball — Workout incorporating the use of a stability ball. Great way to tighten the core as well as build overall strength, tone and improve balance!
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) utilizing the Tabata method of short bursts of work followed by short rest periods – Great workout!
Les Mills Body Pump –
Body Pump is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit…fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout.
Beachbody Insanity Live –
Insanity Live is challenging, group-focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for people of all levels.
Beachbody Turbo Kick Live –
Turbo Kick Live combines traditional kickboxing moves with high intensity interval training (HIIT). You’ll be so focused on the moves that you won’t realize you are sweating!
Les Mills CXWORX- 30 mins of core! CXWORX really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper & lower body. Ideal for tightening your tummy & butt while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
